This notice explains how MJCIT handles personal information collected through this website. It is written for the current site: a marketing website and enquiry form. It is not legal advice.

What this site collects
The enquiry form collects your name, work email address, optional company name, optional telephone number, the service you need help with, a project description, optional timescale, optional indicative budget, and your consent to be contacted about the enquiry. A hidden field is used only to reduce automated spam.
Purpose and lawful basis
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, assess whether the work is a fit for MJCIT, and keep a record of the conversation. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send, and your consent where the form asks for it.
Processors and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form emails are sent using a transactional email provider configured for this site. Privacy-conscious analytics and speed measurement from Vercel are used to understand whether pages are working. Advertising pixels and behavioural tracking are not used on the current site.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a related conversation, or meet a legal obligation. A specific retention period will be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Use the contact details above to make a request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use non-essential cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are used for basic traffic and performance measurement. If advertising, behavioural analytics or embedded third-party media are added later, consent controls will be put in place before those tools load.
